We aim to deliver healthy plants and quality products. Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Live plant is received dead (proof required)

Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are credited within 7–10 working days
  • we have 7 days of return. Once 7 days passed we will not entertain any return
  • replacement / Exchange order will be delivered with in 7-10 days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Minor leaf damage or natural variation in plants
  • Size or color variation due to natural growth
  • Artificial plants, pots, fountains, and statues once delivered safely

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped
